1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, browsing, or using the j3pm platform in any way — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other permitted access method — you hereby confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document, along with our Privacy Policy.

This agreement takes effect from the moment you first access the j3pm platform, whether before or after completing the registration process. If you are registering on behalf of an organization or business entity, you also confirm that you have full authority to bind that entity to these terms.

J3pm reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of this document at any time with reasonable notice to users via the platform or registered email. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Eligibility to Register and Use the Platform

To be eligible to register and use j3pm services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your country of residence.
• Not be subject to any legal or regulatory prohibition that prevents you from using online gambling services.
• Not have been previously suspended or banned from j3pm for any reason.
• Act on your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any unauthorized third party.

J3pm reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time through the Identity Verification (KYC) process. All users must complete KYC before their first withdrawal is processed. 3 Account Registration and User Responsibilities

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at j3pm. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses or payment methods — are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name as it appears on a valid identity document, your correct date of birth, an active email address, and a reachable phone number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a serious violation of these terms.

3.2 Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. j3pm will never request your password via email, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

KYC verification is mandatory for all j3pm members before the first withdrawal is approved. The process requires you to upload a valid proof of identity and current proof of address. Submitted documents will be reviewed within 24 business hours. KYC verification is a protective measure for both you and the platform — it prevents identity fraud and ensures funds always reach the legitimate account holder.

4 Fund Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Withdrawal Process

6 Game Rules and Fairness

6.1 RNG (Random Number Generator) System

6.2 Game Results Are Final

All game results generated by the j3pm system are final and may not be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error verifiable by our system. 6.3 Betting Limits

7 Prohibited User Conduct

• Using any automated software, bots, programs, or tools designed to exploit the gaming system

• Selling, transferring, or pledging your j3pm account to any other party

8 Data Security and User Privacy

9 Account Closure and Termination

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure by User

You may close your j3pm account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure is processed, all bonuses with unfulfilled rollover requirements will be forfeited. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to you after standard security checks are completed.

9.2 Forced Closure by j3pm

J3pm reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time if:

• User found to be in violation of any terms in this document
• User submitted false information during registration or KYC
• User activity raises suspicion of fraud or money laundering
• User found to be using unauthorized software or exploiting system bugs
• User is unable to verify their age or identity when requested

9.3 Consequences of Forced Closure

In the event of forced closure due to a terms violation, j3pm reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance without compensation. Users whose accounts are closed for fraud or abuse may also be permanently banned from re-registering on j3pm.

10 j3pm Liability Limits

J3pm provides its entertainment platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption at all times, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be free from technical errors, outages or delays.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, j3pm and its partners shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

J3pm's maximum liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the total amount you have deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11 Responsible Gaming
